- Adam M Added January 11, 2018★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Went to inspect a house under lease transfer, we liked what we saw so we then spent several hours filling out the application, getting it printed, signed and scanned so we could email it to the estate agent same day.
4-5 days later having not received a reply we called the real estate office who put us through to the estate agent assigned to the property. The estate agent was extremely rude, cut me off while I was talking (exact words were 'Oh.my.goodness') and explained she had little interest in helping because lease transfers aren't her priority.
2 weeks later and we still haven't heard anything in response to our application, the entire event was a complete waste of a Saturday.
